Sporting Goods for the In-Home Workout |

I finally made the decision that I was going to get in shape and loose those nagging ten pounds that had been haunting me for a number of years. Having made the decision was the first step in my long journey ahead. Next, I had to determine what that workout would look like and what sporting goods would be required to get the task done.
I thought that a varied routine of muscle conditioning and aerobics would work best for my cause. I got an exercise bike for the aerobics and all kinds of sporting goods to work my muscles into shape. I started with hand weights, a rubber exercise tube, a small and a big ball and an exercise mat. Along with that I found some beginner workout videos that used those pieces of sporting goods.
After my husband installed a DVD playing television set in my new workout room I was ready and set to go! My in-home workout plan seemed to be effective. I really stuck to my guns and worked out every morning since I made that commitment to myself. I lost inches, gained muscle, some self esteem and confidence. I was ready to complete the journey with my sporting goods, video and that full length mirror in tow! |
