While I myself am a huge fan of the NFL, my younger brother Andrew is always glued to the TV set during the big MLB games, and he also happens to boast a rather impressive collection of MLB baseball memorabilia. I was actually over at his house visiting him a few weeks back and he was showing me some of the collector cards that he has in his MLB baseball memorabilia, and there are some of them that are worth a few grand – pretty crazy to think that simple cards like MLB baseball memorabilia trading cards could be worth so much money. I asked him what MLB baseball memorabilia that he would cherish the most, just out of curiosity, if he could have any piece of MLB baseball memorabilia in the world. And he answered me right back without a second of hesitation: a Mickey Mantel rookie card – which according to my younger brother is one of the most coveted pieces of MLB baseball memorabilia that you can possibly ever get your hands on!
